It is 11.11.11.. A special day to make a mark.

Wow... reading back old stories, old posts gave me mixture of feelings..

It has been some time since my last post in 2009.. O.M.G 2009, 2 years I have not been blogging. I think I have missed lots of good stories and happenings these 2 years. Hope it is not too late to start a fresh one. Fresh post sending 2011 off and welcome 2012.

Where should I start? hmmph.... I just type whatever, whichever come to my mind.

Well, still the same old me, working hard building vision into dreams but after so many years, I do not see any good results yet. In dilemma. After the MITF, I have been really into pause mode. Passion gone, Energy lost. Oh ya.. Just like the lazy song: Don't feel like doing anything..

Maybe.. Maybe I am tired or could be disapointed with myself. Too high hope perhaps and didn't meet my expectation. True enough what one has not experienced, one will never understand in print. Even if I shared this with someone, he/she might not understand. They only see me, an emo person. Nevertheless, whenever I watch the MITF video, browsing through the Facebook page, i feel proud of myself. I am proud to say, It is MY effort, MY job.

But decided, a change of hand, change of face. It is time to let go and put faith in my co-founder to run the show. Hopefully, he can managed it well or even better.

I am just a lucky bastard. On and off there has been quite a number of head hunt packages for me. Surprisingly even my ex boss, offered me to head the Guinness Anchor HERO Project. Not only that, some clients and friends gave me opportunity to work with; Love Wedding, BBW, Petronas, ING. I am delighted.. I am happy because there is someone who valued my passion and my work.

All are good packages. I am thinking which one I should go for. Petronas gave me short period of time to consider, i turned down the offer. Yesterday, I turned down my ex boss offer to head the GAB project after long and serious consideration. He SMSed me: "Nick I'm very upset with you" & "You are very dissapointing".. This 2 statement reminds me about what my ex colleague cautioned me.... 见高捧，见低踩 . I feel it is a blessing in disguise. I see your true colors. Not to offend or to talk something bad about him but I thought, you should be wishing me best instead. It is my choice.

So what next? I started Moving Minds this year, partnering my long working partner/bro Calvin. Not sure if we can move minds to make this company grow into something but it is a new vision to be. I think now it is about injection of trust.

I find myself more like a ghost floating without soul. I really do not know what shall I do, or what to do. The good thing, I have good poeple around me. Lucky bastard... yeah i know but i really thankful because they are the one who standby me, gave me pat on my back and tell me "You can do it", even better, "We are born to shine". I always believe whenever god closes one door, he will open another.

Seriously, I am kinda confused. Not kinda, I AM confused. I have been thinking why some people, they con, they scam but they earn good money, good living but for people who has been working so hard, still struggling, still working hard to earn just for a living. I even plan to start a concept. But it just doesn't work. It just not me. Maybe it is destiny, that i have to work like a cow to earn and be someone. Never mind, I am glad, I found my right direction back after talking to some good people.

Relationship... No status updates in these 3 years. I think i still paranoid. Guess this is what people always say: Karma. The best part is most of my ex-gfs, they are married and gave birth. =.='''. Anyway I really happy to see them doing good now. And it is time to buck up and get into relationship. Yuhoo.. Where are all the good girls gone?

Circle of friends.. Seems like i need to expand my network.. Best to build team of marketing people. How beautiful is the day that is touched by love.. I wish everyone who happens to read my blog. Happy 11.11.11. Cheers

I want my life back!

It has been quite a long time, I didn't really sit and blog.

I suppose, my life is no longer interesting as before it is. Keeping myself in silence, in another world in which i thought there would be peace but in fact it is another story to me. People taking things for granted and most of the times, fly kites.

Day by day, life has been so meaningless.. and only work and work joining me, let it be day or night. Perhaps not,my night joining friends (the same old faces every night) yam cha, bao tao. I recap and see the past 2 months, what the fuck have i really done? NOTHING! I think that day when I went to see what can i help bro ritchie, a hint from May might be quite true. "There is no other thing to do meh every night bao tao". What do i get in return? get fucked for being "so hai" for poor playing ? for reading news about toys? This is absolutely crazy.

damn sien...sien.. sien...

The only gain i had was having good time with my family and a chance for me to make a comeback for UOL.. A blessing tho. My hope and everything is now on coming MITF.

I need to get my community, network of friends back. I swear I will get my life back and fulfill my commitment towards a success in MITF.

After missing for 4 months from blugging.. here i am again . B.E.C.K after voices of people asking of why the heck that i am not blogging.. :)

Alright I am just kind of busy, lazy~u name it.. and I am back with my month of passion. Licia, thank you! thanks for giving me the opportunity to handle the Dragon Mission Appreciation Dinner. Maybe that time we have few on-going events and you might not have the time to handle, i dunno, nonetheless, this event really gave me the opportunity to run the entire dinner show. Before the event, I am kinda du lan but the moment the dinner ends, hmm.. that's the time i feel damn fucking satisfied while tearing down and waiting for Guna..
Karen Lee, thanks a lot. Thank you for sitting down and teaching me steps on how to run and ensure a successful event during our Nestle Chilled at Awana.

Well,what now? Beginning of the new wave and challenges! I, myself also awaiting for it. It is always the case that, when you are nobody, no one is willing to give you a chance. Phones slummed down even before finish giving the name of the company! But this is the first move as well as the first beginning of all AGAIN! With the establishment of NYC- 'Seeds of the Future', combination brain child of Stable, I hope it marks a new era..

I looked forward for more and more exciting changes, news and hopefully, we are able to see miracles. And signing off from now. cheers

4th Week of Feb

The opening of the 4th week of Feb is simply marvellous. I've been filled and packed up with whole week of event rundown. The first to complete is the CEO Of The Year 2008 Event. Phew.. This one day event itself is already like that.. well what the hell it is gonna be for the coming Wed event which is the Nestle Chilled.. hoho.. dun dare to think bout it?

CEO of the Year 2008 goes to the TNB CEO. *clap* *clap* .. hopefully he will do more improvement in the coming electricity tho.. The event was graced by our Deputy Prime Minister YB Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak . My first time meeting him face to face instead of looking at him at the TV or in the papers. It was indeed a great experience as I saw lots of Datuk's & Tan Sri's .. oh not to forget, Berjaya Group Tan Sri Datuk Vincent Tan ... His real appearance is really ..... (dunno how to describe) -.- .. Cun, Macho, u name it. He has the personality per say.. The event is entertained by The Three Waiters & Sheila Majid.. Overall it is a successful event....

Well it ends probably about 12am and thank goodness i dont need to go Nikko Hotel for setup.. Die man.. if not will end up for another 2-3 hours. Oh.. Nikko hotel is basically an event for today... Tuesday which is the signing agreement between GAB & the Union of Beverage Workers. This event was graced by the Minister of Human Resources - Datuk S. Subramaniam... a half day event but for me .. it is a damn full hectic day.. the reason being is because i reached Nikko this morning at 9am... ish... waited for the sound systems & emcee to be here which they only reached at 11am.. Basicly i have a simple role... learn? sit? watch? whatever it is to ensure the whole event is smooth and be blessed... it is OVER successfully.. :)

Nonetheless, it is end for the event but not for me tho.. Rushed to The Curve for meeting at Chaswood for the Hero Post Assessment. Hoho.. And ... guess what, I went back all the way to office for Wednesday event briefing & preparation.... ish ish rushed like hell. Anyway.. I left office for home at 6.30pm.. hohoho.. to catch up some good rest BUT.... here i am.. Blogging..

Valkyrie

Movie Marathon... After watching Ong Bak 2, the next day (Monday) replacement holiday for Thaipusam, went for the next movie -Valkyrie with Sue at Times Square. Had lunch at Papa John's Pizza - ate Baked Pasta & Pizza before the movie starts. I just realised that I've watched the sneak preview for Valkyrie as the official showing date is on the 12th of Feb.. hoho... A MUST watch movie.

Due to the reason that monday is also the Chap Goh Mei, the last day of Chinese New year celebration, after movie, went back for dinner ya... so basicly there is nothing much other than trying out the new pizza in town and going for VALKYRIE .. :)

Ong Bak 2

There isn't much happened after my CNY Penang trip with bro's as we are now back to work. I'm filled with damn lot of meetings and sourcing for coming events. Looking at my side, I am glad because time flies like nobody business. hoho put it this way.. Time is not enough..

Nonetheless, the load of works does not stopped from entertaining myself and doing my part as an obedient and good boy to my parents... YES obidient and good i say... I went for movie with my mum and dad ... YES once again my Mum & Dad on sunday night at leisure mall. Watched Ong Bak 2.. Tony JAA returns in Thailand's most widely anticipated production ever. With his signature "No sling, No wires, No stand ins" ; Ong Bak 2 promises to be even more visually spectacular as it predecessor wasThe story is about a man with two sides - good and evil. Conceited about his talents, he lives in a world of darkness until he discovers the beauty of khon, (Thai masked dance), and transforms it into a gracious fighting skill. Hence the adventure begans as the young Thai boxer learns the skills and inner meaning of martial arts. Tony JAA and the leading actress Jajaa-Primrata Dech-Udom

The best part is I've lost the movie ticket.. It is a lucky me or call it a blessing, I am still entitled for the seats i bought which is E10,11 and 12...

3 days 1 Night Penang Trip

The 1st day of Penang was nothing much as we had spent half of the day travelling in the car. Upon reaching, it is already evening. We checked in to Gurney Condominium where we stayed at level 33. woo.. It was indeed high rise.. looked down, u will have your both legs shake if you are afraid of heights but on the other hand, you will be able to have a good view from the top ya.. so there will be pros and cons : )..anyway, i've got good pictures to share on this.

We later on went down for our lunch at gurney drive.. yeap lunch..if i am not mistaken, the time was around 4-5pm. So it can be dinner tho. Gurney Drive's main attraction is the stretch of hawker stalls and food courts that line the inner side of the esplanade facing the sea in Penang. I had Char Keow Teoh and it is.. so so only.. After that, we went for a walk along the stretch of road, and managed to took some "funny" silly u can say pictures before actually went to the Gurney Plaza to buy movie tikets. Due to the overwhelming crowds...we are unable to purchase tickets - All Well Ends Well for that day, and we decided to purchase for the following day.

We then headed to Feringgi which is centered on its 'Pasar Malam' or night market. Open from the late evenings till past midnight, i supposed where the Pasar Malam is a bazaar of make-shift stalls opened by local traders offering an assortment of goods ranging from souvenirs to snacks and clothes to electronics... also variety/choices of imitations branded goods... hoho... Fei Hung, Calvin, Jason and Nick C managed to bought t-shirts and DVD's; where prices is very cheap. It was pretty hot towards the extend it make me kind of pissed off a.k.a. "mang jang". Ish .. :) We then headed for supper before going back to the condo for a good rest..
Day 2

Woke up in the morning for Dim Sum at Restaurant Zim Sum... Food is nice and the price is also reasonable. Bao Bao... We then went to the Snake Temple... Pray Pray... then headed to Queensbay Mall while waiting for Calvin as he went off visiting his relatives there. We then settled down at Kim Gary as i am kinda lazy to walk.. at the same time redeemed my chicken wing... hoho.. nyam nyam.

At around 2pm, went to Feringgi again. This time is not for the night market... it was for the beach excitement. We really had a good time there. It is pretty hard to put all in words. Pictures will tell.. :) We went back to our condo for bath at around 6pm before going out for our dinner. Had seafood for our dinner.. Absolutely GOOD!!! -

After dinner, we went for our movie - All Well End's Well at 12.05am and that's the end for our second day at Penang.

Day 3

The 3rd and the last day we stayed at penang. Went for brunch near komtar and had a nice cendol.. Fuyoh.. even Gurmit Singh went there before.. *saw his picture in the store* .. The cendol is quite nice and for myself, i had asam laksa...

After then, we went to Kek lok si to see the biggest Kuan Yin statue ... Same thing.. pray pray for blessing from kuan yin... Take pictures... See turtles and etc etc.. haha.. The coincidence is, having the fate of meeting Kat ... Both from KL.. but met each other at Penang.. doink doink... We also went to one of calvin's relative house for visiting.. got angpow.. anothing blessing i would say. haha

After hanging for almost an hour, it was already evening, we then leave penang headed to Ipoh for our dinner - Beansprout Chicken Rice at Lou Wong .. I still prefer Onn Kee, the one i went with my dad previously. Anyway it is nice tho -.- due to the reason... I'm hungry lo.. We even had few sticks of "lok lok" after dinner before then heading straight back home to kl... It is an enjoyable trip tho majority is all guys here where exception goes to ritchie who went together with his newly wed wife.. oopss. not yet wife.. i mean gf. By the way it is important for me to stress on that we are not gay ya. hoho.. we are brothers... :) Looking forward an exciting outing again with u guys.. Cheers....
