Kuching .....

January is almost coming to an end. A week later will be the Chinese New Year celebration.. oh my.. Put it this way, time flies damn fast weih.. Well i am now adapting myself to a new environment and new start in this 2009. With my attachment to new environment, there are things i see again. Learning experience is one thing i am much more concerned. I think I found a mentor which I think he is good. At least he is one that is willing to teach, open to ideas. As usual, lists of focus and hope had been drawn out. Difference is, no longer like a free bird, having the 'choice' to go here and there...

Well..after on board, the 2nd week i was assigned to kuching for a meeting and conference event which is held for a week. Stayed at Damai Puri Beach Resort. The whole place overall is quite good in fact. Took some pictures... *will be uploaded later*

I been looking forward from the day 1 when i was brief about the event and my conclusion as a whole is.... TIRING!!! Working round the clock the whole week but overall, is good, based on the fact that i've learned a new kind of event. woo.. Basicly there isn't much to share coz it is all about work, work and work other than going to the Sarawak Cultural Village.... no shopping, no beach walking, no entertainment etc ....I assumed it could be monsoon as it had been raining almost everyday with strong winds, rough sea waves and worst would be the floods. Kuching town was badly hit with floods and we had to walk across the flood waters for dinner as buses are unable to go over. Is quite fun tho... cooling and best part, u can see fishes swim by your leg in the ROAD! The restaurant is situated just right next to the sea, that's why fishes might come from the sea... :)

A week gone and now i am looking forward the Chinese New Year Celebration... weee... ang pow ang pow mali... haiz.. Is not really happening tho it is only a week left before the Chinese New Year celebration but still it is something I look forward as a brand new start in year of OX... Gong Xi Fa Cai to all who is celebrating ....cheers..
