The HAPPINESS flow-chart

There are no pre-requisites for this, other than an open mind.......(... drum roll..... ) Life Purpose -> Emotion -> Motion -> Growth -> Fulfilment -> HAPPINESS

Life Purpose: The more powerful and clear your life purpose, the more motivation you will start to generate. The clearer picture you create of this purpose (in your mind), the more focused your subconscious mind on achieving the result. Your subconscious mind actually work 24/7 to provide you with whatever you focus on most. Thus, the clearer your picture, the less confusion there is about what you really want. So don't picture rain clouds if you wan sunshine.

Emotion: Now emotion is generated by the reasons that you have for wanting you special purpose. If you have extremely compelling reasons for achieving a particular life purpose, you will build up much greater motivation or emotional energy. Great reasons equal great motivation.

Motion: Making things RIGHT!! (Nick). It is right and potent combinaton to have both Nike & Adidas together in this by having in our mind- Just Do It & Impossible is Nothing. Clear mindset with purpose leads us to the right path and motion.

Growth: Growth is not something that is good to experience or great once in awhile. It is actually something that we absolutely must have to feel joy in life. In the plant world, I am sure that you know what happens to a plant that stops growing; It starts to die. Sorry to sound melodramatic, but I wanted to highlight the point If yu do nt have a sense that you are growing in life- spiritually, physically, mentally or emotionally, the chances are that you feel as through there is something missing n your life or that "something just not right".

Fulfilment: Now get to the end. One of the principles results that we are seeking in life whether it is consciously or unconsciously is a sense that we are living a life of purpose and meaning. A feeling that we are moving forward, that we are becoming better people, we are doing what we need to do connect most fuly with ourselves and all of those people around us. It is fulfilment that will create that smile on your face or sense a deep inner calm.

To the end, I just want to share a little definition of happiness. Everyone have their own 'DEFINITION' on Happiness. What's yours? My comment box is open for all, let's share ideas on this. As illustrated by Aristotle: 'Man is goal seeking animal. His life only has meaning if he reaching out and striving for his goals'.
